Blunt talk is a foreign language that speaks of Good Inspiring News Only. Few people speak it because of the way it sounds – different. You won’t hear it very often in real-life because like most things that are different, people fear blunt talk until they’ve experienced it, lived it, and seen it. Blunt talk challenges conventional thinking to determine what is real and what is not, what is fiction or non-fiction, what works out and what doesn't work out. But its sole purpose is "Soul Purpose"… to help you achieve the purpose of your soul which is “To Lift.” We have all received the gift of lifting – of being lifted by other people and the potential to lift the world. We have an obligation to share our God-given gifts and talents instead of burying them alive. Blunt Talk will help you do just that by answering the questions you’ve asked for decades: How to get your dream job; how to get in top shape physically and mentally by losing fat in body, mind, and soul; how to get motivated. All the questions you’ve asked for decades. Blunt Talk Podcast doesn’t tell you what to do but it will inspire and direct you listen to host Gino Arcaro lead his guests through their "lifting," real-life stories of success.  #Peace

Competition will make you or break you. The fear of competition is one of the top five fears that break you by holding back full potential. You can run scared from competition your whole life or you can compete hard. Either way, real-life is a “selection” competition. Selected for jobs, selected for teams, selected for promotion, selected by customers, or elected by voters. Elected and selected are separated by only one letter. Professionally or personally, you have to compete for what you want and to keep what you have. Otherwise, real-life will eat you alive. How you compete to be elected and selected determines whether your dreams come alive or die. Today’s guest is City of Welland Mayor Frank Campion. Mayor Campion discusses his story about how he was elected. #peace

So many great lessons here! Being a small business owner is definitely like getting (S)elected in every interaction with your clients. I especially appreciated the BLUNT TALK about building up your TOUGH SKIN. I feel this is sometimes more of a challenge for women in business. Your ideas about relating it to Darwinism helped me learn a new perspective.

Very empowering conversation with Mayor Campion. When you stay true to what you think is the right thing to do you hope that most people stay satisfied with the work that you are doing and that you continue to rally new supporters because inevitably some will always become dissatisfied and stop supporting you. Politics (& business) in a nutshell.
